About The Camp

The Young People's Center for Creative Arts is proud to announce the return of YPCCA Durham, a one week, workshop intensive, summer camp!

Students enrolled at YPCCA - Durham will choose from a variety of workshops including Show Choir, Acting, Broadway Chorus and Voice. Mornings at the camp are spent in workshops and afternoons are devoted to rehearsing scenes and songs from our showcased musical. The performance features all of our campers performing from both the workshops and featured show.


The Cabaret

YPCCA - Durham is pleased to announce our featured performance for the summer of 2012 will be a Broadway Cabaret.

Students will perform songs and scenes which they have rehearsed and studied in their workshops. This performance will be a varied program of comedy and dramatic scenes, dance numbers, solos and ensemble choral pieces that will all come together for a wonderful production.

Where: Coginchaug Regional High School, Durham, CT

When: Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM - 3:00 PM
July 30 - August 3, 2012.


Cost: $175 per child.
Register by May 1st to receive $25.00 off.
Payment in full is due at registration.

Scholarships: YPCCA will be offering two scholarships for
attendance to the summer camp. One covers the full price of
tuition, while the other covers half. These are need-based
scholarships only. If you are interested in applying for a
